INDUSTRIAL COATINGS
Industrial Coatings
Grinnell Services is highly skilled in abrasive blast cleaning and the related application of general and specialty coatings.
Whether in a new construction application or a renovation project proper application of epoxy finishes is critical to final appearance and long-term durability. The most important factor for ensuring the adhesion of an epoxy resinous coating is proper surface preparation.
Grinnell Sandblasting has decades of surface preparation and coating application experience across a wide variety of facility types, including industrial warehouses, manufacturing plants, and commercial establishments. Our factory-trained crews handle every step of process -- from preparing the substrates to application of the wide variety of epoxy and urethane systems.
A clean, dry surface is a necesssary prerequisite for adhesive bonding. Rarely can a structural adhesive penetrate through contaminents to provide an optimum bond. The surface preparation required for different types of coating systems varies considerably.
We will follow your company's specifications or we can provide you with technical specifications developed by the Structural Steel Painting Council and the National Assocation of Corrosion Engineers.
Grinnell Sandblasting provides workmanship adhearing to all safety standards. We use high quality media-blast and hand tooling methods when achieving the nescessary profile to properly coat your substrate. Once we have prepared the surfaces we will apply cutting edge coatings to ensure long-lasting results. Our goal is to exceed your expectations and prolong the life expectancy of your investment.
